Milo just arrived. He is a dachshund-chihuahua mix. He weighs about 10 pounds and is approximately 9 months old.
We don't know much about him yet. He will need a home where someone can provide for his puppy potty needs and give him the attention he deserves. Training classes required for all puppy adoptions
He will be going to the vet Thursday, June 8, 2022. After his initial vet appointment, he will need to be neutered then he should be ready for adoption barring any complications.
We predict he should be ready in 4 - 5 weeks so put your application in now. Updates will be posted as we learn more about this sweet little guy.
Milo is being fostered by Stephanie. Please email her at [email protected] with questions or to schedule a time to talk.
UPDATE: Neutering will happen first week of July and once recovery is over he will be ready for adoption.
UPDATE: 7/22/22 Milo is fully healed and ready for adoption. He is a typical puppy. He is very active and really enjoys his foster puppy sibling. He will do best in an active home where someone can let him out every 2 - 3 hours. He is still learning his potty manners. If you have a fenced yard and another dog it would be a plus! He is a high energy little pup. He needs lots of opportunity to chew and engage in play time.
