Meet Tanner, a spunky little short-haired chihuahua mix(?) with a BIG personality. Though he is less than a year old, Tanner had a rough start in life and came to the rescue fearful and skittish, particularly around men and children. However, thanks to the amazing support of the
15/10 Foundation, we were able to place Tanner in an intensive 10-day training program to work through his more challenging behavioral issues. Since his training, Tanner has blossomed into the smart, silly, curious, playful pup we always knew he was. He still has some things to work on (what puppy doesn't?), but his training package includes two follow-up sessions with his eventual adopters to ease his transition into his forever home.
