Things to consider when applying to adopt Shannea:

• Dachshund mix
• about 1 - 1.5 years old
• 19 pounds +/-
• Very energetic and loving
• Training/basic manners classes required to complete adoption
• A fence is required for adoption; she LOVES to run and play unhindered by a leash and she has a HIGH prey drive
• she will probably be best as an only or as a companion to a docile laidback dog
• She is spayed and UTD on vaccines provided
• Heartworm negative, on prevention

Shannea is a sweet little Dachshund mix estimated to be about 1 year - 1.5 years old. She is very energetic. She LOVES to run and play in the yard. She could use some work learning to walk correctly on lead but is about to be walked. She is working on her potty manners as well. She is loving and sweet. She can be shy at first but warms up quickly. She has had a lot of changes in her life in the last month and is handling them with ease. She will make a wonderful pet.
