Things to consider when applying to adopt Nelli:
Nelli is new in rescue. She is proving to be a wonderful dog! She is almost completely housebroken. She has learned to walk on a leash like a pro -- but as with most Scotties, she has a bit of a stubborn streak, and she walks when she wants to. She is a great sleeper and so far, has barely barked. She loves to sit on the couch with her people and snuggle.
