Things to consider when applying to adopt Rudolph:

• senior dog
• will need regular coat maintenance, bathing and brushing, occasional grooming
• will need work on potty manners
• gets along with his foster siblings
• will need a patient home to allow him to acclimate to new surroundings
• a fenced yard will be a plus for him to explore and get exercise 

Rudolph is new in rescue. His owner could no longer care for him and surrendered him to the Norfolk Animal Care Center. He was severely matted and full of fleas. He was promptly scooped up by our rescue so he would not have to spend the night in the shelter. He was seen by the vet the next day for a check up and is now on his way to a new life.
