Harvey is new in rescue and a true gentleman. He was a stray in southwest Virginia near Blacksburg, VA. We do not know his exact age but we are saying he is 10. Through a twist of fate we learned about him and immediately brought him into the rescue. He is an amputee and has a deformed (healed incorrectly) front leg/paw but he does NOT let it stop him. He goes where he wants and does what he wants. He is cordial to all and likes the other dogs in his foster home. He has beed groomed and will see the vet soon for a dental then once healed, he will be ready for adoption.
