Pooh Bear is new in rescue. He is reported to be a 4 year old Shih Tzu mix. He was surrendered to the shelter because his family is being deployed. Unfortunately, they could not take him with them. Naturally he is a little confused and nervous but he still wags his tail. He is slowly adjusting to his foster home and seems happy. His first two nights have been pretty good so far. He will see the vet and be groomed then be ready for adoption.
