Rocky Balboa is new in rescue. His owner surrendered him to the rescue due to health reasons and an impending move.
Rocky is a sweet little 12 pound poodle (mix). He is very friendly and is acclimating to his foster home nicely (all small dogs). He was groomed; he will need a dental before he is adopted.
We are still getting to know him and will post more as learn what he needs in a home.
