Bally comes to us from our friends at Norfolk Animal Care Center. He was surrendered because his family no longer wanted to deal with his disabilities.
Bally is a senior poodle approximately 11 years old (give or take) and weighs about 14 pounds. He is the perfect size for a lap! He has cataracts and is hard of hearing but that doesn't stop him from living his best life. His foster family has a pool and this boy found out he LOVES to swim! What a joy to see him enjoying his golden years happily swimming.
Bally is friendly with the other dogs in his home. He loves snuggles and pets but is also be content to sneak off for a senior snooze when the feeling hits him. Bally has good potty manners, walks well on leash and is a joy to foster. Bally will do well in a patient home (he will need time to adjust to his new surroundings once adopted due to vision impairment and poor hearing) with a fenced yard so this boy can explore. We cannot imagine how anyone could surrender this precious fella! He is an all around good boy.
Bally has had a dental cleaning, is up to date on vaccines, microchipped and ready for adoption. Will you give this gentleman a chance? You won't be disappointed. He is one cool dude!
