UPDATE: Bally finally got in to see the vet and had check up. He does need a dental and treatment for his skin. He also has an ear infection. But Bally remains a sweet little gentleman. He will be scheduled for his dental after his blood work is reviewed by the vet. Bally is vision impaired and does not hear well. A fenced yard will help this fella live his best life safely with all the sniffs he can sniff safely!
Bally is new in rescue. He is a senior poodle weighing about 14 pounds. He was surrendered to the animal shelter in Norfolk, VA. He has some typical senior issues: skin issues, dental disease, vision impairment/cloudy eyes (nuclear sclerosis), and may be hard of hearing. But, he is very sweet. He will see the vet asap and probably need a dental.
