Welcome Baxter! He may be a chihuahua-pomeranian mix or perhaps a pomeranian - border collie mix ... who knows? We just know he is a sweet, handsome dude! He is roughly 8-10 years old and weighs about 20 pounds. He is really laid back and looking for a quiet home. He is shy at first but does warm up. He likes a daily routine that includes walking, fetch and a good afternoon nap. We have discovered he is not as cat friendly as we thought. For this reason we will not place him in a home with a cat. He walks well on a lead. He is crate trained and has great potty manners. He loves to sit at your feet in the evening as you read or watch TV. He loves attention and would enjoy another dog but it isn't a requirement as long as you will give him plenty of love and attention.
Baxter saw the vet June 1st and received a clean bill of health. He has had a dental, is up to date on all vaccines and is ready to go! He is a beautiful boy inside and out!
Please consider giving this nice guy a home. You will not regret it. He’s a sweet little gentleman.
