Benny is a 1 year old, 8 pound little fluff. He is a Coton Du Tulear/Poodle mix.
Benny came from a puppy mill. He is shy but very sweet. He seeks attention and affection but is timid. He is learning humans are not scary. He is nervous in new situations. He will need help to learn how to walk on a lead and complete his house training. He is beginning to understand we do our business outside. Leash skills will come in time with patience.
Benny loves the outdoors. He will need a fenced yard and a patient owner willing to train him. He is eating well and sleeps through the night. He LOVES the company of other dogs and is playful with the social members of the pack in his foster home..
Benny will be neutered September 29th then be ready for adoption.
Benny will do best in a quiet home with another social dog who loves to play. A fence will be a plus until he learns walking on a leash is fun.
**Puppy Mill dog experience preferred.
