Biscuit is new in rescue. He is a small mixed breed. He is reported to be Havanese but could also have poodle, yorkie or other small terrier type breeds. He is very loving, active, and cuddly. He loves to walk and would enjoy an active home and a fenced yard. He is working on his potty manners and once neutered we feel he will catch on quickly. He is very smart! He’s going to make someone VERY happy!
He will be neutered in the next few days then will be ready for adoption.
