Darla is part of a litter of pups rescued from a puppy mill in Pennsylvania. They are Bichon and Shih Tzu mixes. They are extremely playful and full of puppy energy. They are all learning to wear harnesses, potty outside and function alone instead of as a pack. They are very playful with each other and do like the other resident dogs and foster dogs in the house. She is a typical puppy and loves attention. Her fluff and her disposition make her a delight to foster.
She is up to date on her vaccines for her age. She will need a distemper booster in 3 weeks. She will have her spay on July 11th, and once recovered, she will be ready for adoption.
Please make sure when applying you notify your vet we will be calling to complete a veterinary reference. We cannot process applications in a timely manner if we do not have permission to speak with them.
