Meet Elsa!
Elsa comes to us from Gloucester County Animal Shelter. She is a 4 year old, female, Chihuahua. She was surrendered to the shelter due to poor living conditions. She deserves better than she was given in life.
She was spayed, vaccinated and microchipped on Jan 30th then traveled to Suffolk to her foster home. She is currently recovering quietly with her foster sister, also a chihuahua. She is learning how to "dog". She has no idea what grass is or how to navigate the world but she is sweet and seeks attention and a warm lap.
