Sweet Freddie found his way to the shelter because his owner has some health issues and can no longer care for him. The shelter called us and we immediately picked him up. He is a happy little boy. He is a small breed mix - probably long haired chihuahua and Papillon.
He is very loving and full of puppy energy. He is getting along with the resident dogs and loves attention. He needs an active family who has time to train him to be the awesome pup he is to be.
