Louie is new in rescue. He’s a sweet, young Chihuahua. He weights about 14 pounds currently. According to the shelter his ‘back end is always wiggling!’ He seems very friendly so far. He is a bit of a picky eater but that could just be nerves from his shelter stay.
Louie had a great first night in foster care. He slept in his bed all night. He appears to be house trained but accidents are expected when dogs change environments.
Louie will see the vet this afternoon for vaccines, a microchip and a wellness visit. Once he is neutered, he will be ready for adoption!
