Norman is new in rescue. He is a 1 year old, 22 pound, Scottish Terrier. He comes to us from a Pennsylvania puppy mill. He has seen our vets in Pennsylvania and will be neutered in March. So far he is a sweet boy. He gets along well with his foster siblings and is settling in nicely.
