Roxy is very new to the rescue. She is a 5 year old, 11 pound, Miniature Schnauzer. She was rescued in West Virginia, brought to Virginia and then accidentally became pregnant. She had a miscarriage and her owner/rescuer surrendered her to us because the could not afford her care. She has definitely been through the ringer.
She is confused but has attached herself to foster mom. She is loving and seeks attention. She seems to be house trained but has had a few accidents. She is not eating well at the moment but we will give her space and time to decompress.
She is up to date on all vaccines and will have her spay May 8th. She had a dental before coming into rescue and lost several teeth.
She will need a quiet, adult home. She has never been around small children. She enjoys sitting with you and loves to snuggle. Read more about the Miniature Schnauzer HERE
