UPDATE: Somer is doing well since entering our care. She came to us with a horrible case of kennel cough. She was medicated aggressively and is now so much better. She had a dental on Monday (5/12) and did well. She has recovered and is back to normal already. She is a tough little lady. Somer is ready for adoption. She does have some hearing loss and limited vision but she does not let that stop her. She is still going strong!
Somer is new in rescue. She is an 11 pound, senior (maybe 12) yorkie. She has been seen by the vet and is currently awaiting her spay. She does have some chronic ear issues (is seems) and is being treated with drops after a good cleaning. She seems to be tolerant of house mates and people. She may have some vision impairment and seems to be hard of hearing. She is learning to trust foster mom. She is a sweet but skittish little girl. She has been through a lot. She will thrive with someone home most of the time to reassure her.
