Pre Qualifier Form

Listed below are some of our basic policies for fostering and/or adoption.

We do not want to waste your valuable time. If you cannot comply with one or more of these policies we will not proceed with your application. If you qualify for adoption and/or fostering, a link to fill out the full application will be sent via the email you provide. Please indicate below if you have questions, concerns or special circumstances you wish to discuss. Someone from our team will contact you via email. Please make sure you check your spam/junk folders regularly for responses. Thank you for choosing to adopt/foster.

If you have small children or other animals in your home, some dogs may not be appropriate for your family. We reserve the right to make that decision for each dog in our care.

If any of your animals have not been spayed or neutered, we will not adopt to you. The ONLY exception to this policy is if your veterinarian has determined it is not medically advisable for your pet to be altered or if your current pet(s) is too young to be altered. We will confirm this information with your vet.(Required)
If you have a smoker in your home, we will not adopt to you. Does anyone in your home smoke (includes vaping)?(Required)
If you use or plan to use an electric fence, we will not adopt to you. Humans or other animals can enter an electrically fenced area and take or harm a small dog. Do you currently have an electric fence in use or plan to use one in the future?(Required)
If you have a doggie door in your home, we will not adopt to you. Do you currently have a doggie door in use or plan to use one in the future?(Required)
If you have small children in your home, some dogs may not be appropriate for your family. We reserve the right to make that decision for each dog in our care. Please list the names and ages of the dependents in your home. (Please include college students living away part of the year)(Required)
If you have other animals in your home, some dogs may not be appropriate for your family. We reserve the right to make that decision for each dog in our care. List the name, type, breed (if known or best guess) and age of all pets in your home(Required)
